This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional, especially the spa treatments that left me feeling pampered. the garden area was a peaceful oasis and an ideal spot for enjoying cocktails. the staff were attentive and always willing to provide guidance on the city's major attractions. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and the bar was perfect for a relaxing evening. the central location was a highlight.

Magical New Year Experience: The hotel provided a magical experience for our New Year break. From the really good service to the attention to detail, everything was perfect. The staff were pretty good too ensure we had a wonderful trip, and the concierge service was particularly excellent. They assisted us in various ways, from helping with lost baggage to recommending the best spots for romantic dinners.

We noticed a patch on the carpet in our room, suggesting that it may be time for an update. A fresh and modern look would greatly enhance the overall experience.
